MYOB Form Design

In MYOB, you can enter banking transactions, sales and purchase.  You can also print cheque, quotation, invoice, reciept, bill, statement etc.  Forms can be customised in MYOB by adding your company logo, preferred contents and design your own format.

Below is an example of customising invoice: 

a) Go to menu [Setup] > [Customise Forms], select form type e.g. Invoices

 

b) Select "Items" at [Sales Layout].  Select "MYOB Premier Plus’s Plain Paper Invoice" at [Forms to Customise] and click [Cutomise].

c) In toolbox, click [T] and click once underneath "Company Address" to add text.  In Text box, add "Telephone:"。

In Toolbox, click the first button.  Select "Phone #1 (customer phone).  Move the field next to "Telephone:".

In Toolbox, click the 4th button.  Drag a box to add border lines for "Company Name / Address".

In the Toolbox, click the 3rd button.  Click twice on the picture position.  Click [Load Picture] to retrieve "Logo.jpg" and adjust the picture size.

 Delete the field "Taxation".  In the Toolbox, click the first button.  Select "Item Customise Field#1" to replace "Taxation"

Click [Save As] and enter file name “INV(今日)”.  Click [OK].
